Affiliate Program Script

hiding redirection link program?
I know with many affiliate programs, they track where the sale or hits you are getting are coming from. Are there any redirect scripts out there that can hide that information so after a user clicks on a link, it will redirect to a different site, but that site won’t know where the referring url is coming from. If so how can it be done?
Actually, I don’t think my question was answered and my have been misintrepreted. When a person clicks on an affiliate link, most affliate software can track where the link came from by looking at the past site in the raw log files, but there is a way with a redirection script so that when a person clicks on that link the affiliate software cannot track where that hit came from.
