Bbb Online Business Complaints

I made a complaint to the BBB due to a companies lies and acts. The resolution was for $3,400. They responded,
back to the BBB with this statement.
“We have thoroughly reviewed Ms. _______ complaints and she is correct in that an online university is not ideal for everyone. We empathize with Ms. ____ and as a result processed a refund to her account. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to contact me”
This was in October. November, I check my loan status, and the balance is still there. I contact the company again and they tell me they processed a partial refund. When that is not what their reply said. I had a complaint with a resolution for $3,400, they say they processed a refund. They never said it was going to be a partial. After I confronted them they argued with me, and Now they are ignoring me. They will not answer any of my emails. When I call the business no one knows who I should talk to? What should I do ?
Try contacting the BBB again then explain to them what you have told us. Ask them for their help in getting this resolved or at least telling you who to contact for help. Good Luck>
