Citibank Online Business Banking
Debit Card Problem. Debit card sent back. Opening a new bank account , UK?
I opened a new bank account with CitiBank 3 weeks ago. I signed all the papers. And i am still waiting for my Debit card to come (i know that it takes approximately 10 – 14 Business days to come) . I ve called the online services at least 3-4 times explaining the problem , they say that the card was sent back .They say i should wait for it to come.. What should i do? What’s the procedure now? PLS HELP
Call Citi again and verify that they have the correct address. If the card was sent back, then it was delivered to the wrong place or potentially damaged in the mail and misplaced. But terminal delivery is a lot more common than problems at the processing centers.
