What do you use the Internet for? Work? Shopping? Education?
I am mostly interested in what uses of the Internet are making people either smarter or wealthier, i.e. if you read about new technologies or take classes, or if you own a business on eBay or if you work exlcusively from home through the Internet. But I’m curious to see how many people use the Internet for all sorts of things.
List anything and everything. Do you take classes online? Do you download music and movies? Do you create and upload music and/or movies? Do you get paid for anything you do online? Do you sell on eBay? Do you work exclusively from home using the Internet? Did you find your pet online? Did you find your spouse online? What online games do you play? Do you use facebook, myspace, or other online communities? Do you edit Wikipedia? Do you download ebooks or audio books?
I use myspace to keep in touch with friends, sell on Ebay, shop online, work, take classes, book plane tickets and hotels, use map quest, advertise for a business, listen to podcasts, find apartments, jobs, you name it…
