What should I do? I have taken Broadband connection from BSNL. Startup 250 scheme. though it is in my business?
premises, yet i don’t use it for commercial purpose. by the way, they didn’t mention earlier that surfing isnot free. as i connect it as time pass, so i am online all the time like GPRS 199 Plan. Now they are demanding Rs. 12,500 as Bill. But as per their information broucher nowhere it was mentioned that surfing is not free. I have never dwld anything though i get 1 GB free. What should I do now to get rid of that. Plz Help me.

BSNL ,which says that you have 1GB free download for a month ,doesnt tell u that regular surfing is downloading the webpages,in itself.
So the billing you got is correct . Maybe you can file a case against them in consumer court for not being clear with agreements .
Alternatively i suggest you to submit a requistion letter in person to the personnel concerned that you would pay the amount in installments.
If you feel that your account has been misused ,then you check you timely usage here (http://dataone.in/) . Login with your user id and pass.
Login->select service records in the menu->select month and select plan->click ok.
I also suggest you to switch over to 750plan (unlimited). If you dont download much ,then switch over to 400Rs. plan in reliance (75kbps,enough for browsing).
