Basicaly i am exposed to a business market where i can get diamonds and gold both in lose and in shapes like rings etc. i am sure i can buy them and sell for a little higher margin. but I dont know anythgin abt diamonds. I have all the specs with me with the picture , where can i find how much estimate amount i will get for it.
If there was somthing online then better coz i have lot of different types of diamond items and need to know wat i can get for it if i sell them…

They must be certified first and their exchange is, essentially, ruled by a tight monopoly…largely the De Beers family and a couple of hundred private traders…that keeps the wholesale and retail prices artificially high. That’s a judgmental and wordy way of saying the value of diamonds as a commodity is “weird.” It’s “special value” is largely at the retail level and in the willingness of a particular customer to pay “extra.”
