internet marketing diagram
A Marketing Survey of 500 people asked their fav color 380 Red, 292 Blue & 10 neither. How many liked both?

this is a Venn Diagram problem & i can’t find any answers on the internet with the same problem, can someone help me with the answers? thanks!
the question also asks how many liked Red but NOT blue

500 – 10 = 490, so 490 people liked red or blue or both.

380 + 292 = 672, which is more than the 490. This guarantees that some people like both.

672 – 490 = 182, this is the number of people who like both.

380 – 182 = 198 people who only like red

298 – 182 = 110 people who like blue only

Check the total of the following to be sure it adds to 500:
10 don’t like either
198 like red only
110 like blue only
182 like both
and you are done.
