When I first started to consider an Internet Marketing Course, I looked merely at the practical application. I bounced around from scheme to scheme, wondering why I was having little success. Then one day, I met a bunch of people who had already become successful in this business. And as I chatted to them, I began to find a common theme.
In every case, they knew exactly what they wanted to achieve, and had set themselves goals which, at that time, would have seemed fanciful, to say the least. But they did not worry about how they were going to reach these goals. They had developed such a desire, that they knew the route to their goals would become apparent. That’s not saying they sat back and waited for things to happen. But, because their desire was so strong, and their goals permanently imprinted in their minds, they would take daily actions, or meet people, that would move them along in the right direction.
There are a multitude of books relating to the subject of achieving your dreams. I have read many of these over the years, but the one which helped me make sense of it all was “Think And Grow Rich”, by Napoleon Hill. Amazingly, for a book with such relevance these days, it was first published back in 1937.
Hill interviewed more than 500 of the most affluent people of his time, and uncovered a powerful 13 step formula to wealth and success. I read it through in a matter of weeks – and it undoubtedly helped me develop the attitude I needed when I started to follow an Internet Marketing Course. Whilst understanding Internet Marketing is not difficult, having the will to take regular, and correct, action can be.
