I work as a human resources manager. One of my jobs is to choose the right person for the right area. I’m responsible for employing people in our main winery in Argentina. Another duty is always study new things to improve the quality of the recruiting………………
……………….Since 1985 we are investing especially in European countries, because we pay less taxes than USA. We are building new wineries there, but our main facility it’s in Argentina.
We are having the last generation of machines that allow research and make new kind of wines to introduce into the market. We’re implementing new strategies to allow wine lovers worldwide to buy our unique specialties by internet.
The first paragraph looks good. The last sentence of the paragraph is also good. I put the first part of the second paragraph below, with my corrections in brackets [ ] .
…….Since 1985 we [ have invested / have been investing ] in European countries, because we pay less taxes than USA. We are building new wineries there, but our main facility [ is ] in Argentina.
We are having the last generation of machines that allow research and make new kind of wines to introduce into the market. <-- This is a little awkward to say in English, but I'm not sure what you are trying to say so I can't fix it.
