Are there any of those market research internet sites that are legit and actually pay you?

Any first hand experience would be preferrable.

I’m a high school student who needs a bit extra cash and can’t work part time coz parents won’t drive me to and from work.

Also I get bored a lot, so any of those survey things that pay cash are fine, so long as it doesn’t cost me anything.

Any site that asks you for money is not legit. Period. What you can do is look up market research firms and call to ask to be in their database. Tell them if you have no way to get to their facility and ask if they have internet surveys. If there is a way you can get to local facilities, you can get paid for participating in focus groups. The most important thing to remember is, you should NEVER be asked to pay ANYTHING. If they ask for money, they are a scam.
