Chase overdraft of $6000!!!!?
I’ve been visiting family in my home country Trinidad and Tobago and I was robbed last night and my debit card was stolen. I couldnt get onto chase because of poor telephone service connection so by the time i got through online the persons had already spent close to $6000 in visa purchases in the space of a few hrs. (I had to make the police report and what not). Theres still the green question mark next to the purchases. I have a chase college checking account that had only $300 in it. What’s going to happen now?? Will they reverse it and cancel the payments or are they gonna accept the charges and make me pay it? The card is currently closed but theres still all those fees on it. I really dont have a clue what to do becuase i dont have that kind of money to replace it plus the overdraft fees have already accrued. HELP!
go to chase and file for fraud, someone stole your money and also cancel your card immediately, i dont think they will make you pay it if someone stole your money
