can I be an officer w/ an online degree & no rotc?

I’m completing my bachelor’s degree online ( through a very credited university) in business administration. Currently, I only have my associates degree but I’m on the way to having my bachelor’s. My simple question is, What is the process for me to become an officer in the Army since I’m going to an online university and I don’t have the ability to do ROTC? Thank you!
