Do the Yahoo Answers Police even read the QUESTIONS?
If someone asks, “What is a good online business?” and I say, “I have one but can’t give you details here because it’s against the rules but please email me if you’re interested” — why do I get a violation notice? AND, why doesn’t customer care email me back when I challenge them on this?
I have been wondering the same thing. You are not soliciting or spamming if someone outright asks you for a good online business, and you answer.
It’s not Yahoo that’s the problem, it’s the little minds that report everything. They remind me of school kids who are elected hall monitor. If no one has a problem with it, Yahoo lets it go, so it’s not the liability thing people think it is.
I don’t know why people don’t just ignore it if it’s not something of interest to them, and go on to something that is. Instead of being hall monitor and reporting everything. Small minds.
I recently got a survey from Yahoo asking for any feedback and I replied with this exact problem, they never get back to you when you challenge them…plus a whole pile of other issues!
