Online Business Ethics Definition

What is the term for when someone makes a profit while someone else carries the expense?
I thought this was a pretty basic definition in business ethics but I can’t seem to find it online.
I think this is more of a technical term. Arbitrage isn’t quite it, but I hadn’t thought of it before. Profiteering is the closest I can come up with but I don’t think that’s quite it either.
