Do I need a Business license to start a website online?
I’m thinking about starting my own Traffic Exchange and was wondering what legal issues I may have. Is it a requirement to have a business license? I hope to generate a little bit of an income but don’t expect to make millions. Will accept payment via paypal and alertpay for account upgrades and for purchaseing website hits, etc.

you should declare all income but it is only taxed over a certain income, check out HMRC all the info in on there! good luck!
