help starting a business?
Me and friend are going to start a business, we are going to be partners in an LLP. We are in california. I know we have to fill out the LLP-1, but do we need to fill out the LLP-2 and as for the LLP-1 ( http://www.sos.ca.gov/business/llp/forms… ) My question is about the form itself, we will be working out of one of our houses, so do we put that as our principal office? It is going to be entirely online, and we will ship our products from a UPS store or get home pick up. What is item 5 and 6? On item 7 do we just check the related item and put our services there? What is the future effective day? And why is there only one space to sign? Don’t we both have to sign it? Also, is item 8 necessary (LLP-3)?
