Online Business Incorporation Florida
Where should I incorporate?
I live in New York City and have a reasonable successful online business that I want to take to the next level, hire employees, build up, etc. I have decided to incorporate to do this, but have questions about where to do it.
New York State has the highest taxes in the nation, so I would like to avoid those once it is going. I could run the biz in New Jersey if it really makes money or even move or at least set up an office in Florida or Nevada where there are no state taxes, but for now, it does not make enough money to justify this, but I expect it to soon.
If I register in New York, how hard and expensive is it to change states or incorporation?
I have a buddy in Nevada. Can he be my registered agent or is there more to it?
