Online Business and taxes??
Ok I am starting on online business selling Video game related products and I have my EIN, Tax license and such but im confused on some stuff.
Ok I live In The USA in Pennsylvania.
I want to buy my products from distributors or wholesalers online and probably not from PA unless one of them happens to be from pa.
No is this rite: I only charge tax on my website to people that live in PA????
Im not sure how this works..
any help is greatly appreciated.

I am not sure about internet taxes. I highly recommend that you personally consult a certified public accountant who specializes in federal and state taxes. You might also want to consult a tax attorney. This will save you a lot of heartache down the road when you have a lawyer trying to explain to a judge why you didn’t comply with the tax laws.
