Legal Problems Online…?
I was working with a potential business partner solely online. We made agreements over instant messenger and everything seemed fine. He asked me to make him some graphics for a side business of his in return for a percentage of sales for shirts, etc.
I then paid him for a service for building my facebook fan page for my business. He then sent me a file with 400,000 phished accounts and told me to build my fans with the list. He then took off with my money and graphics.
There are 2 problems here… he is using graphics that i never gave him permission to use. The other problem is that he has been phishing accounts and i have an instant messaging log where he is saying not to tell anyone.
What legal action can i take?
Sounds like you don’t know who he actually is? Need a name and address to file charges.
