Online Business Manager Salary

How can i fight loneliness and boredom at work?
Been working on the same position for 5 yrs in a resort and i am so bored at what im doing now, although throughout, i have escalated from a rank and file to a department head level. This is based on experience hands on but no training…Now, got an opportunity to move to another industry online business – e commerce but salary and benefits is lower than what i am currently getting now. Should I choose this new job to learn a new thing which is still related to what im doing but this is a big jump as will be dealing with General Manager, Directors and Owners of a resort or stay where I am and wait for the industry to recover and maybe move to new destination? I dont know what to do
Ummm wow.
What I’d do is write down the pros and con’s of each decision. Then present them to an impartial party so you get cold, calculating logic. Understand that you fear change, we all do, so you’re cold calculating logic is tainted.
That is if you want a purely logical approach to this.
Personally I’m not a fan of “grass is always greener”. A lot of people fall into a pattern of always chasing that better and brighter opportunity and they miss the good they have right in front of them.
