Online Business Owner Basically
What business structure should I pursue for an online used motorcycle parts business ran from home?
I will be the only owner, running this mostly on ebay from my own home by myself. What structure should I go with when staring my business? I actually already tried starting this same business with a friend of mine but it failed do to conflict of interests… We were and S-Corp business but now that I am doing this on my own I don’t have much legal knowledge YET, will not be staring with loans, will be starting small scale basically with cash. So I am looking for what eve is best as far as personal liability and taxes. THANKS!
