How do I increase visibility to a business website when I cant afford to pay a firm to do it for me?
I’m working on starting a small clinic and would like to increase my presence online when someone searches google or yahoo. I spoke with a firm today who promised front page visibility but who wanted to charge 3000 per 6 months to do it. I’ve put most of my money into starting the business and cant afford this. Is there something I can do myself for less money?
