Is there a website webbuilder out there to help me create a free online business with my own domain name?
I’m looking for a free website builder that allows me to input a “javascript/css” html code for me to show my order form. Also, once you have a business online, do you need any requirements such as “business permits and/or business taxes”?
The tasks you must perform can all be done with BlueHost, easily that is.

But I believe you want to create a E-commerce website where
1. You want to display a Product or products in categories.
2. You want a payment gateway using which credit card transactions can be made or you can call the customer and ask them for order confirmation after they fills up a form.

All you need is a domain name and hosting with php+mySQL and install a classified CMS that is opensource such as Noah’s Classifieds http://classifieds.phpoutsourcing.com
or my favorite EXPONENT http://www.exponentcms.org
You can also try Joomla Classifieds.
All you have to do is install the CMS and you are good to go.
But if you have CSS and Javascript codes that takes you to a payment gateway. Then you only need a WYSIWYG editor like Adobe Dreamweaver or Microsoft Expression web. Create Pages add Javascript and Upload them…Done…
