how to play back your xbox 360 filmclips, screenshots etc.?
hello,
i have a xbox 360 with a hard drive. i have xbox live and people that i have played with have sent me film clips, screenshots etc. but everytime i try to download or view them it says i dont have permission. i have looked on xbox market place for downlaoding stuff for it but i cant find anything. also i have downloaded the windows media thing on my computer. my family settings are all good too.
please help me!

check your family settings again. there is a option entitled : allow user to view content submitted by other users or something like that. make sure it is enabled.
