In the world of cable reality shows, IFC’s “Rhett & Link: Commercial Kings” (10 tonight) has such an obviously commercial (pun intended) hook, it’s hard to believe it’s taken so long for a show of this type to be made. The half-hour docu-comedy series follows Rhett McLaughlin and Link Neal as they make local TV commercials.
