Change is the only constant in this life, but when change is forced upon us, we fight it. This is no way to conduct business, or relationships.
To win in business one must master the art of building relationships. To have a relationship one must be both willing and able to relate to the other person. When we do this, bonds are formed, alliances are made. We become stronger together.
