What Is My Speed
how you ever gotten pulled over for this parents?
I was taking my kids to walmarts. they are 15 and 12. i had them in the back seat of the blazer. i was smoking a cigarette up front and I had the windows closed and the air on cause it was hot. i was doing the speed limit and driving slow and all of a sudden this stupid cop pulls out behind me out of nowhere and turns on his lights and pulls me over. very rodely he demands that i put out my cigarette. i hadn’t even finished it yet!!!!!! he tells me that im not allowed to smoke in the car with “”"”children in the car. i tell him since when??? he gives me a fine of $120!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i just about freaked out!!!!!!!!!!!! i dont see what the big deal is. my daughter smokes cigarettes with her friends anyway and they are both used to it anyway. i smoke in the house no problem!!!! as soon as the cop was out of sign i had to light up another red to calm down because i was shaking violently!!!!!!!! has this ever happened to you?????? no stupid stop smoking speechs please!!!!!!!!
what state did this happen in? because to me this sounds like a violation of unreasonable search and seizure (4th amendment) by the cop if you did not violate a traffic law he had no right to stop you.
